Competition squad timetable.

We follow the South Australian school terms for our competition squad sessions. We offer training in the school holidays, free of charge. School holiday training is optional. Our junior and senior competition squads have allocated breaks throughout the year based on their competition calendars.

We offer come and try sessions most weeks of the year.
