Recreational Classes.
Ages 4+.

All children, with any experience level, are welcome to join our recreational squad. These sessions introduce children to the basics of gymnastics, whilst also incorporating dance routines with music and rhythm training. Sessions are fun and energetic, and include circuits, relays, gymnastics equipment, music, and games in a structured environment.
