Performance stream.
Ages 7+.

Our performance stream is designed for children through to young adults who might not be interested in competing aerobic gymnastics at competitions, but are interested in training the sport recreationally and participating in performance opportunities, such as the Adelaide Fringe or the Gymnastics SA Festival of Performance Gymnastics. Training times are subject to which performance event they are interested in participating in. Most of our competition squad also perform at all offered performance events in addition to their competitions..
